These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HornTech website and all services provided by Horn Tech (trading as HornTech, operated by Always Digital Limited).

Refund Policy

Horn Tech offers a straightforward refund policy:

• Before project begins: Full 100% refund minus transaction charges.
• While project is active: Balance payment refunded. Work completed to date is retained.
• After 90 days: Projects (active, on hold, in-progress, or completed) where payment was made 90+ days ago are ineligible for partial or full refund.

For specific concerns requiring a complete refund, contact us and we will review your request.

Recurring Payment Policy

Unless quoted in writing, all Internet Marketing Services are charged on a monthly recurring basis. This includes SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation Management, and other digital marketing services. Certain web design projects may also be charged on a recurring basis depending on scope and duration.

Client Feedback & Approval

Prompt client feedback and approval is required for all projects, unless auto-approval is provided in writing. If no feedback is received for 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), Horn Tech reserves the right to retain the project cost as resources are pre-allocated. A partial refund may be possible upon mutual agreement.

All content on this site — including logos, images, videos, icons, landing pages, and blog posts — is the exclusive property of Horn Tech. Content cannot be copied, modified, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

HornTech is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Client Websites: Horn Tech is not liable for damages of any kind to clients, their websites, or any other entity. We utilise white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines. All actions are taken only after informing and seeking client approval.

Third-Party Content: Horn Tech is not responsible for any third-party content uploaded or published on client websites by the clients themselves or other parties.

Search Engine Policies: Horn Tech adheres to search engine guidelines. We are not responsible for algorithmic changes, ranking fluctuations, or penalties resulting from factors outside our control.

Service Level Agreement

Horn Tech strives to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. Standard website delivery is approximately 8 weeks. Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery may extend timelines.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
