The Terms and Conditions Page reflects Horn Tech guidelines pertaining to establishing disclaimers, the use of, and limitations of liability governing the use of Horn Tech website as well as work we conduct for all Horn Tech clients.

By using this Website, the User consents to and acknowledges all of the practices described below.

Refund Policy

Horn Tech offers a no-hassle refund policy to its customers. Certain conditions apply.

If you wish to cancel your order and discontinue our services before the project has begun, you may do so and Horn Tech will provide you with a complete 100% refund minus the transaction charges.

If you wish to discontinue our services while the project is still active, Horn Tech will refund you the balance payment of your order. The amount for which we have already done the work for your project will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Any type of project—whether active, on hold, in-progress or already completed—will be ineligible for a partial or full refund provided that payment for that project was made 90 days ago or more than 90 days ago.

If you have any specific concerns and require a complete refund, you may send us a refund request and we will take the decision accordingly.

Recurring Payment Policy

Unless quoted in writing, all Internet Marketing Services by Horn Tech will be charged on a monthly recurring basis. This includes, services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation and Brand Management and other similar Digital Marketing services. Depending on the length, complexity and duration of a project, certain Web Design and Development based projects may also be charged on a recurring monthly payment basis.

Client Feedback And Approval

Prompt client feedback and approval is required for all projects undertaken by Horn Tech, unless auto-approval is provided by the client in writing. If no client feedback is received for 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), Horn Tech will reserve the right to keep the cost of the project as we pre-allocate all resources for the project entirety. Clients will not be eligible for a full refund; however, a partial refund is possible upon mutual agreement.

Horn Tech Website Content

All web content present on this site, including the company logo, images, videos, icons, the header, footer, all the landing pages and blog are the exclusive property of Horn Tech. We reserve all rights to the website content material. This content cannot be copied, modified, reproduced or republished, posted or distributed in any way and/or in any form without the full knowledge and prior written permission from Horn Tech.

Horn Tech is a registered trademark which cannot be used in any manner without prior written consent from us. Any unauthorized use of our content materials will constitute a violation of laws pertaining to copyright, trademark and any other legal laws that might be impacted because of it. Client Websites

Horn Tech will not be liable or responsible for any damages of any kind to the client, their website(s) or any other entity. Clients who are dissatisfied with the service can request a refund and discontinue using the site. We will not be responsible for any accidental loss or release of client data or for any penalties the client website may incur from search engines. Horn Tech only utilizes white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines. Any action we take, we do so only after informing the client and seeking their approval beforehand.

Changes To Client Website (General)

We advise all clients to routinely backups their website in case of any data loss. Horn Tech will not be liable for any loss of data or website issue. We recommend clients never make any changes to their website without informing us first beforehand.

Search Engine Penalties

Horn Tech will not be liable in any way if a client website is penalized by search engines for any reason. Horn Tech practices white-hat SEO in full accordance with Google Guidelines and we always seek approval from the client before making changes to their website. Should search engines penalize the site for any reason, Horn Tech will not be held liable or accountable.

Changes To Website META Tags

Changing the website template, design, or META tags can impact rankings, and traffic. We strongly advise and recommend that clients never change any META details or content on a landing page or website without informing us beforehand. Horn Tech will not be responsible for any rankings, traffic loss as a result any changes to META, content, design or theme change from any party.

Web Development Policy

We only do development work at client’s request. Horn Tech will not be held liable or responsible for any damage to the website, loss or theft of data, or damage to any other online and/or offline property. Clients are encouraged to provide us with user-level access instead of administrative access wherever possible. We also recommend that clients change any login details they provide us after we have successfully concluded the assigned task. We highly recommend that clients keep a backup of their website on a secure server. If the website disappears from the Google Index or is completely erased accidentally, Horn Tech will not be held liable or accountable.

SEO Work

Horn Tech shall not be responsible if search engines start discounting links from their index for any reason. Neither will Horn Tech be liable for any rankings or traffic loss due to search engine updates or strategy changes from either end. Any delays or performance issues arising from client hosting, ISP provider, delays from client’s end or from circumstances beyond our control will not be the responsibility of Horn Tech. By using the website, you hereby waive any claim against Horn Tech arising out of any type of loss, theft, malfunction or disruption to the client website or any properties attached or associated with it.

All images on the Horn Tech website are Horn Tech property and shall not be used in any way, form or fashion without first seeking written approval and verbal authorization from Horn Tech.

Horn Tech only utilizes legally usable images for clients. We never use images that have copyright protection.

Access to our newly designed Client Dashboard tool is only available for Horn Tech clients. Users will be able to utilize this tool for as long as they are customers of Horn Tech. The Dashboard tool highlights invaluable data pertaining to a client’s website. It is an aerial view of the website and how it is performing on specific platforms. Users can monitor our progress and see how Horn Tech is working on their website on a daily basis. All information is displayed in real time. This access is created based on the information provided by the user at the time of registration. This information is not shared or sold.
